摘　　要：中日两国围绕钓鱼岛列岛主权归属问题持有不同立场，两国政府都强调钓鱼岛（日本称尖阁列岛）是本国无可争辩的固有领土。本文利用翔实的资料，对钓鱼岛的领土主权归属作了详细的梳理，证明中国政府对于钓鱼岛拥有无可争议的主权；同时指出，日本自明治政府时期就对钓鱼岛拥有领土野心，从而揭示了钓鱼岛问题的历史真相。China and Japan hold different positions about sovereignty of Diaoyu Islands and both governments have stressed that the Diaoyu Islands （ Senkaku Islands in Japan） is their undisputed territory. This paper analyses the territorial sovereignty of the Diaoyu Islands with detailed information and proves that the Chinese Government has indisputable sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands. At the same time, paper also points out that the Government of Japan since the Meiji era had the ambition to occupy the Diaoyu Islands, so the history truth of sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands is unclosed.
