摘 要:采用回流法合成了Sb2S3纳米棒束,通过XRD、SEM、TEM研究了硫源和表面改性剂种类对所合成样品结构形貌的影响,并初步探讨了其生长机理。结果表明:在乙二醇体系中,以硫脲为硫源,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-K30为表面改性剂时,可合成纯相正交晶型Sb2S3纳米棒束,其单根棒直径约300~400nm、长约5~10μm。Sb2S3 nanorod bundles were synthesized by refluxing method and the influences of sulfur source and surface modifier on their structure and morphology were investigated by XRD, SEM and TEM. In addi- tion,the growth mechanism of Sb2S3 nanorod bundles was discussed. The results show that in the ethylene glycol system the pure orthorhombic Sb2S3 nanorod bundles can be synthesized, using thiourea as sulfur source and polyvinylpyrrolidone as surface modifer, and their single nanorods have diameter of approxi- mately 300-400 nm and length of about 5-10μm.
