摘 要:通过抛丸和未抛丸钛带表面形貌的分析及两种钛带的酸洗对比试验,研究了抛丸对钛带酸洗效果的影响。结果表明:随着氢氟酸与硝酸体积比的降低,抛丸和未抛丸钛带的失重率均逐渐降低,所需酸洗时间均逐渐增加;达到最佳酸洗效果时,抛丸钛带所需的氢氟酸与硝酸体积比稍大于未抛丸钛带,但其酸洗时间稍长,因此抛丸对钛带酸洗工艺的强化效果不明显。The influence of shot blasting on titanium strip pickling was investigated through the surface morphology analysis and the contrast pickling experiments of shot-blasted and non-shot-blasted titanium strips. The results show that with the decrease of the volume ratio of hydrofluoric acid to nitric acid, the weight loss rates of both shot-blasted and non-shot-blasted titanium strips gradually decrease, while the needed pickling times for both are gradually increased. Under the optimum conditions, the volume ratio of hydrofluoric acid to nitric acid of shot-blasted titanium strip is slightly bigger than that of non-shot-blasted one, but its pickling time is slightly longer. Thus, the strengthening effects of shot blasting on titanium strip pickling is not obvious.
