摘 要:目的探讨延续性健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者生活质量的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2009年12月至2011年12月在武警总医院干部病房二科治疗的68例COPD住院患者为研究对象,按入院时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者实施常规健康教育指导,出院后仅随访时进行健康教育;而观察组患者实施延续性健康教育,即患者出院后实施心理疏导、呼吸功能训练、生活行为指导,并进行延续性健康教育(如上门和电话随访)。出院前3d及出院12个月时,分别采用生活质量评价量表对两组患者进行评价。结果出院12个月时,观察组患者日常生活能力及社会活动能力增强;抑郁及焦虑症状有明显改善,与出院前3d时相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而对照组各项指标的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者出院12个月时日常生活能力、社会活动能力、抑郁及焦虑情况的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论延续性健康教育可有效改善COPD患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of continuous health education on quality of life for patients with COPD. Methods Totally 68 hospitalized patients with COPD from December 2009 to December 2012 were equally divided into observational group and control group. Regular health education was implemen- ted during hospitalization and follow-up for control group, and continuous health education was given to observational group, including psychological counseling after discharge, respiratory function training, and daily life activity guidance by telephone or face-to-face visit. Quality of life of the patients assessed 3 days before discharge and 12 months after discharge. Results Compared with 3 days before discharge, activity of daily living and social activity ability of the observational group improved significantly, and level of anx- iety and depression decreased significantly 12 months after discharge(P〈0.05), however, no significant difference was detected for the control group. There were significant differences in activity of daily living, social activity ability, level of anxiety and depression between the two groups. Conclusion Continuous health education can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with COPD.
