摘　　要：我国科技期刊发展快、种类多、成绩大,但学术性不高,竞争力较差,生命力不强,存在的问题比较突出,其原因也相当复杂,扭转改进的难度尤其大.为实现我国科技期刊质量的根本改进的目标,必须立足于提升科技期刊的学术影响力、竞争力和生命力,从战略高度推进科技期刊的质量建设.Fast expand excessive variety and large achievement achieved with low-rise technicality, worse competi- tive and inferior spirit in the Sci-tech Journal of our country. Problems existing comparatively extrude causetion complexity quietly and have big differently for retort ion or improve on. For the aim of fundamentality improvement of the quality of Sci-tech Journal in our country, we must be foot on the advancement of the sequence force, com- petitive power and spirit energy, advance the quality construction of Sci-tech journal from the strategic persecution.
