摘　　要：位于黄山市的某中学教学楼,建于上世纪70年代,随着社会经济的发展,老旧建筑已不能满足人们对其的功能要求。由于实际情况不能将其推倒重建,而只能采取适当的技术措施,对其进行维修加固处理,使这些结构仍能满足人们对建筑物安全性、实用性、耐久性的要求,继续为社会服务,从而实现经济、环境和社会效益的统一。With social and economic development,some middle school teaching buildings in Huangshan,built in the 1970s,can not meet people＇s requirement of functions any longer.Since the buildings can＇t be completely demolished for redevelopment,appropriate technical measures have to be taken to maintain and reinforce them so as to make them meet the requirements of safety,practicality and durability,and go on serving the society,thus realizing the unity of economic,environmental and social efficiency.
