摘　　要：通过对安徽省小城镇社区体育组织现状的调研,结果表明安徽省现有社区体育组织形式是政府部门设立的体育行政管理机构、各种社会体育组织和商业性体育组织并存,但适合小城镇社区体育发展的社区体育组织还尚未成熟。提出了小城镇社区体育组织的建立应在合理界定小城镇社区规模和范围的基础上,明细小城镇社区体育组织的管理职能,大力培养小城镇社区管理人员。An investigation into the current situation of small town community sports organizations in Anhui Province shows that the existing community sports organizations in Anhui Province consist of sports administrations which are set up by the government,a variety of social sports organizations and commercial sports organizations.However,community sports organizations suitable for developing community sports in small towns are immature.In view of this,small-town community sports organizations should be built on a reasonable definition about the size and the scope of the community;the management functions of smalltown community sports organizations should be clarified;and small-town community administers should be trained.
