摘 要:常村煤矿N3皮带上山由于原支护设计不合理,造成巷道变形量较大,掘进速度较慢等,严重影响巷道及矿井的安全生产。本文在对N3皮带上山充分调查现场资料的基础上,依据强力一次支护原则,采用理论分析、数值模拟手段并结合现场经验提出了优化方案,并进行了表面位移监测,得出两帮最大移近量为16 mm,顶板最大下沉量为14 mm,巷道变形量减小85%,支护效果明显。通过经济效益分析表明,新支护方案每米支护材料费用减少744.48元,成本节约26%,经济效益明显。The original supporting design of N3 belt rise heading in Changcun coal mine was unreasonable, caused larger deformation of roadway, slower driving speed and etc. , seriously affected production safety of the road- way and the coal mine. In this paper, based on adequately surveying field data of the N3 belt rise heading and according to the high strength first supporting principles, using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and combined with on -site experience, puts forward the optimization program and carries out surface displacement monitoring, obtains the maximum convergence displacement between two sides is 16 mm, the roof subsidence is 14 mm, the roadway deformation reduced 85%. Supporting effect was very obvious. Through analyzing the economic benefits shows that the new support program per meter supporting material costs decreased 744.48 yuan, saves costs 26%. The new support program has obvious economic benefits.
