摘　　要：归纳总结了物流企业开展物流金融的五种主要模式,分析了各业务模式的运作流程,从而阐述了物流企业可能面临的物流金融服务的各种风险,针对这些风险因素提出了一些科学有效的风险控制和防范措施,希望对物流企业开展物流金融服务中提高风险管理水平、增强物流金融服务的竞争力提供一定的参考价值。This paper summarized logistics finance into five main modes, and in the further, analyzed the operational processes of the five different types of modes, accordingly, concluded the risks of logistics enterprises may face during providing financial services. Finally, Some of these risk factors for scientific and effective risk control and prevention measures in the hope of the logistics involved in logistics and financial services companies to improve risk management, and enhance the competitiveness of logistics and financial services to provide a reference value.
