摘　　要：探讨了非婚生子女的认领制度所涉及的若干理论问题。认为在中国婚姻家庭立法当中,虽然非婚生子女与婚生子女享有同等的法律地位,但是由于缺乏非婚生子女的认领制度,实践当中非婚生子女的权益无法得到有效的保护。This paper investigates into relevant theoretical issues on the ille gitimate child claim system. The author believes that in China＇s legislation of marriage and family, children of both illegitimate and legitimate birth are in e qual legal status, but in practice, due to the imperfection of illegitimate child claim system, illegitimate children＇s legal rights cannot be effectively protected.
