摘　　要：重型自卸车辆液压举升机构是实现车辆自动卸载的主要工作机构,在使用和维护过程中,经常需要进行拆装作业。因其重量较大、安装位置空间有限,所以不能使用普通吊装机具,这使拆装过程存在一定的安全风险。介绍了一种新型重型自卸汽车维修用多功能旋转托举机具的工作原理、结构特点和主要结构与材料的效核计算。利用该机具,可以安全、高效地实现维修过程中液压举升零部件的拆装作业。同时,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度,达到了保证工作人员安全操作、有效提高效率和保证机件安全的目的。为今后类似的汽车维修提供了行之有效的参考和借鉴。Heavy dump vehicle hydraulic lifting mechanism is to achieve the main working mechanism of automatic unloading vehicle.,so it often need disassembling and assembling in the process of using and maintenancing.Because of its greater weight,installation space is limited,so can not use ordinary hoisting equipment,which makes the assembly and disassembly process is a security risk.This paper introduces a new type of heavy dump truck repair with the working principle,the multifunctional rotary lift equipment structure features and main structure and material efficiency kernel calculation.Using this tool,it can realize the disassembly and assembly operations and hydraulic parts repair process safety.At the same time,it reduces the labor intensity of workers to achieve the purpose of ensuring staff safety operation and improving the efficiency and ensure the work safety.It provides effective references for the similar automobile repair.
