摘　　要：以废纸为原料的造纸小企业的淘汰．对以中小企业为对象的废纸经销商生意前景带来较大影响，因此废纸资源利用的商业模式需要变革。技术创新提升附加值，进而为原料经营商带来利润。废纸供应商与用纸企业将从买卖关系向战略合作乃至股权合作关系演变．废纸经销商将随着造纸企业的整合而整合。GUO Yongxin,the vice director of China Light Industry Information Center,thought that the elimination of small paper enterprises which were taking the waste paper as raw material would bring a big effect on the prospect of the waste paper distributors which were aiming at medium and small enterprises, so it is necessary that the business model of waste paper should innovate. Technology innovationcanimproveadditionalvalue,whichcanbringprofitforrawmaterial distributors. The buyer-seller relationship between waste paper supplyers and paper enterperises will change into the strategy cooperation, even the equity partnership, and waste paper distributors will integrate with the integration of paper enterprises.
