高性能中浓浆泵的研制和结构优化

摘　　要：采用计算流体力学CFD对中浓浆泵的水力部件进行模拟分析,通过模拟预测泵性能曲线优化结构,研制了新型湍流发生器,可以提高泵的效率和扬程。Hydraulic components of medium consistency stock pump were stimulated and analyzed through computational fluid dynamics （CFD） and a new turbulence gcnerator was researched and manufactured to raise the efficiency and head of delivery of pumps.
