心理治疗对风湿病患者心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的:调查风湿病患者精神心理健康状况,探讨心理治疗对风湿病患者的影响。方法:对符合风湿病诊断标准的患者发放SCL-90答卷80份,回收有效答卷66份,并与常模做比较;将66例风湿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,对照组仅给予抗风湿药物治疗,观察组抗风湿药物治疗的同时给予心理治疗;2组治疗6周后,用SCL-90量表分别对2组患者的心理状态进行评分。结果:风湿病患者的SCL-90评分中除阳性症状、人际关系和偏执评分与中国常模差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各因子评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);经过6周的治疗,观察组SCL-90总分、总均分、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑等因子分减少值显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:风湿病患者有不同程度的精神症状,心理健康状况不容忽视,心理治疗能改善风湿病患者心理健康状况。Objective： To investigate the mental health of patients with rheumatic diseases,explore the effects of psychotherapy on them.Methods： SCL-90 questionnaires were released to 80 patients in the rheumatism department and 66 valid questionnaires were retrieved;the results were compared with that of the normal.The 66 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.The patients in the study group received psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy;the patients in the control group received pharmacotherapy only.Results： According to SCL-90,the score of the positive symptom,interpersonal relation and paranoia had no significant difference between patients with rheumatism and the control（P 0.05）,but the other scores were significantly different（P 0.01）.After 6 weeks of treatment,the total value of SCL-90,total split,somatization,depression,anxiety and other factor points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusions： Patients with rheumatism often present some degree of mental psychotic symptoms,so psychotherapy should not be ignored.Psychotherapy can improve the mental health status and the overall curative effect of patients with rheumatism.
