摘　　要：我国物流运输法规体系已具备一定规模,但是在法规的统一性、透明度、操作性、层次性和时滞性等方面还存在问题,文中从符合市场经济体制要求、地方立法、提高透明度、部门协商立法、及时修订旧法规和制定新法规、促进运输业向现代物流转化等角度提出完善物流运输法规体系的对策。Logistics and transport regulation system has been a certain scale, but there are still a lot of problems in regulatory uniformity, transparency, interoperability,level and time lag problems. From the perspective of meeting the requirements of the market economy system, local legislation, improving transparency, departmental consultative legislation, amending old laws and regulations and the development of new regulations timely, and promoting the transformation of the transport sector to the modern logistics, the paper put forward to improve the logistics and transport regulation system.
