摘　　要："港城相长,衰荣共济",港城间的这种互动关系对于港口和城市的发展至关重要。文中首先提出了天津港城互动发展存在的问题,然后对港口吞吐量的变动与天津市GDP增长进行了相关性分析,最后提出了促进天津港城互动发展的对策。＂Port and city are freemasonry＂, the interactive relationship is vital to the development of port and city.
