摘　　要：文中通过对物流绩效相关文献的回顾,以及对我国纺织业物流发展现状及特点的分析,从运输能力、管理能力、信息能力三方面初步构建了纺织业物流绩效评价体系,对企业物流系统的控制和调整具有一定的实用价值,使物流成为纺织企业有效的利润增长点,提高我国纺织企业的综合竞争力。In this paper, through a review of the relevant literature on logistics performance, and analysis of the development status and characteristics of China＇s textile industry logistics, initially built textile industry logistics performance evaluation system of three items -- transport capacity ,management capacity and information capacity. It has a certain practicality influence on the control and adjustment of logistics system of the enterprise, logistics has become the effective textile enterprises profit growth point,and it will improve the overall competitiveness of the textile enterrises in China.
