摘　　要：随着航运业的不断发展壮大,船员的需求不断提升,其海事劳动关系越来越受到政府及企业各方面的重视。文中通过分析海事劳动关系现状,归纳总结其现有的不足,进而从政府、企业、工会和个人四个角度,为完善和谐的海事劳动关系提出对策和建议,为建设和谐海事劳动关系的理论及实践提供可参考的现实依据。With the continuous development of shipping industry, the crew of the demand constantly increasing, he government and enterprise are paid more and more attention to the maritime labor relations from all aspects. In this paper, through the analysis of maritime labor relations status, summarizes its existing deficiencies, and then from the views of government, enterprises ,trade unions and individual to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to perfect harmonious maritime labor relations, to provide practical reference for the theory and practice of building harmonious maritime labor relation.
