摘　　要：我国社会经济环境的发展带来了大众体育发展的契机:随着我国市场体制的深入,经济更加多元化,处于网络信息时代,发达的资讯使反思和批判的思潮流行,职业运动员和集体之间的关系被重新定位;公民意识的觉醒使财政收入的筹集和支出越来越透明,职业运动员的培养成本将会被检查和控制。以上几个因素的交织前行,势必重新平衡大众体育和竞技体育的关系,从而开启大众体育发展的新纪元。The social and economic development has brought great opportunity for the mass sport development in China. The economy has become more diversified with the development of Chinese market economy. In the internet time, the aduanced information technology has broughte about reflection and critique and the relationship between the professnnal athletes and the group has been redefined, The public auareness leads to more transparency in the funding and expenditure of the financial income. The cultivation cost of professconal athlete will be examined. All these will balance the relationship between mass sport and competitive sport.
