摘　　要：某厂转炉吹炼铜锍烟气输送管网因管路配置复杂,操作麻烦,存在烟气输送不畅,转炉#0排风机及其出口管道振动较大,排风机叶轮输出轴密封处冒SO2烟气等问题。分析了这些问题的原因,采取了简化管路配制等措施,降低了管路阻力,使烟气流通顺畅,同时也简化了生产操作。Due to complex arrangement of flue gas conveying ductwork for flue gas conveying of copper matte conveying with a converter in a plant,and difficult operation,there are problems like non-smooth flue gas conveying,big vibration in exhaust and discharge duct of converter #0,SO2 emission at the output axial seal of exhaust fan impeller.The cause of such problems is analyzed,and measures like simplifying the ductwork arrangement are taken to reduce the resistance in the ductwork,such that for the flue gas to flow smoothly,and also to simplify the production operation.
