摘　　要：民族预科教育政策是我国民族教育政策中典型的优惠政策之一,民族预科教育也是民族高等教育独具特色的一种办学形式。文章对建国以来民族预科教育政策进行历史回顾,分析民族预科教育政策建设过程中存在的问题,提出今后加强民族预科教育发展的几点建议。Minority preparatory education is a typical minority education policy aims to benefit minority eth nic groups. It is also a unique higher education form for ethnical minorities. This article mainly reviews the eth nical foundation education development since the founding of our nation, analyzed the problems existing during the policy construction process, and provided suggestions for future implementation and development for minori ty preparatory education.
