摘 要:初步研究了不同培养方式和不同培养基对康乃馨试管苗生根的影响 .结果表明 ,液体培养诱导生根效果优于固体培养 ,表现为根分化早、生长快、生根率高、生根所需时间短 ,从而可缩短生产周期 ;液体培养条件下 3种培养基即 1/2MS ,1/2MS大量元素和全量MS(均含质量分数为 2 %的白糖 ,不加肌醇 )的生根效果相近 ,生根率均达 10 0 % ,移栽成活率均在 90 %以上 ,因此可采用 1/2MS ,以节约试剂、降低成本 .WT5BZ] Effects of different culture methods and different media on the rooting of Carnation( Dianthus caryophyllus) in vitro shoots are studied. The results show that liquid culture method is better than solid one. The roots differentiate earlier and grow faster in liquid culture, and the percent of rooting is as high as 100%. Moreover, the time needed for rooting is shorter and thus the period of production of plants is shortened. The three media tested are 1/2MS, 1/2 MS major elements and full strength MS salts. All the media contain sugar 2% (mass percentage) and no inositol. It is discovered that the three media have almost the same effects on rooting in liquid culture, therefore, 1/2MS liquid medium should be adopted in order to reduce the cost of production.
