摘 要:重点介绍了整体式三维压电测力平台结构优化设计与性能标定 .该测力平台与国内外同类产品相比 ,最突出的特点是采用了整体式结构 ;只需 2个三维压电石英力传感器 ;结构具有“推挽”特点 ,不但提高了灵敏度 ,而且具有温度自补偿功能 ;经过特殊的工艺处理 ,小力值测量的稳定性非常好 .该测力平台的技术指标全面达到CIRP STCC规定的动态型测力仪标准 .A unitary 3D piezoelectric force measuring platform is investigated and manufactured. The outstanding performances of the new platform are introduced in detail. The unitary structure of the new platform is superior to the structures of the similar products of other companies at home and abroad. Only two piezoelectric quartz sensors are used in the unitary platform instead of four or more sensors used before. The platform has a “push pull” structure, which can improve the sensitivity and compensate the errors caused by the temperature variation automatically by adopting specially designed circuits. After special technical treatment, the platform is very stable when measuring low scale force. The free measuring platform has fully reached the dynamometer standard stipulated by CIRP STCC.
