沟槽内壁结晶器铸坯初期凝固过程

摘  要:以初期凝固坯壳为研究对象,在结晶器内壁纵向划分沟槽,建立数学模型,计算划分沟槽与不划分沟槽结晶器内铸坯的温度场和应力场,研究沟槽内壁结晶器对铸坯初期凝固过程的影响.结果表明,沟槽内壁结晶器可显著改善铸坯传热,降低坯壳应力并使其均匀分布.The thetial solidification shell as research object was studied. Some grooves were curved vertically in the mould. Mathematical model was established. The temperature fields and stress fields of initial solidification shell in the mould of smooth and groove were calculated,the difference between the tWo condition was analyzed and effect to dritial solidiflcation process caused by model of grooves was stUdied .The results show that conduct heat of slab can be Anproved clearly and stress can be reduced and distributed eveuly by the mould with groove in surface.
