补肾生精汤对房劳小鼠模型生精细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾生精汤对生精细胞的影响,以探讨其治疗男性不育症的作用机制。方法:采用诱导雄性小鼠性交过度的方法,复制房劳小鼠模型,实验分为治疗组和自复组,造模8周、治疗30天。检测内容包括小鼠一般情况、睾丸和附睾外观及重量、睾丸精子密度及畸形率、血清睾酮水平、睾丸组织亚单倍体DNA含量等。结果:治疗组较自复组各项指标均有明显差异。结论:补肾生精汤能使房劳小鼠生精功能得到改善,提高生殖能力。Objective: to observe the effect of Bushen Shengjing Tang on androgones so to explore the mechanism of action in treating male sterility.Methods: mouse models with excessive sexual intercourse made by inducing male mice to do excessive intercourse were divided into treatment group and self-recovery group.The experiment,with model-making for 8 weeks and treating for 30 days,was to detect the general conditions,appearance and weight of the testis and the epididymis,sperm count and rate of abnormal sperm,serum testosterone level,and DNA content in testis sub-haploid.Results: all the indexes had significant differences between groups.Conclusion: Bushen Shengjing Tang is able to improve the spermatogenic action of the mice with excessive intercourse and enhance the reproductive activity.
