摘　　要：研究了 He- Ne激光对金霉素 (S.aureofaciens,简称 Sa)孢子的诱变效应 ,结果表明 :小剂量He- Ne激光对 Sa孢子的萌发具有促进作用 ,大剂量 He- Ne激光的照射对 Sa的孢子具有致死作用 ;激光诱变 Sa孢子的正变率最高达到 6.6%。并且 。The effects of laser on Streptomyces aureofaciens spora′s mutation were studied.The result showed that the effects of small does of He Ne laser on the germination of spora were promotive,while the effects of large does of He Ne laser on the spora were lethal. The highest rate of positive mutation was 6.6 %,The esterase isoenzyme and peroxidase isoenzyme pattens of mutants were preliminarily studied.
