摘  要:为平抑转子振动 ,借影响系数矩阵 ,采用最小二乘法求出校正面内所需附加质量 ,并引入加权因子平抑强振点振动。结果表明 ,这一方法有效可行 ,若加权因子选择合理 。Dynamic balance of rotors is a very importent topic on rotor dynamics.A high vibration stress of rotors was caused by losing dynamic balance, which caused wear or failure of machine parts. To reduce vibration value of rotors, necessary assistant mass on the across section correction plate was calculated, vibration value at strong vibrating point was reduced by inducing weighted factors,using least square method as well as influence factor matrix.Experiments were carried out on a rotor.It was a very effective and practical method.
