摘　　要：通过对教学评价系统现状的分析,进行了教学评价系统的功能设计,提出了网上评教系统开发的技术方案,将评价的预警机制和信息流通机制设计纳入系统运行,增强教学评价的实效性。系统开发为教学管理提供平台,对促进教学管理者、教师和学生之间的沟通,提高教育教学质量有着现实的意义。By analyzing the current situation of teaching evaluation system and making functional design of it,this article puts forward the technical project of online evaluation system,which incorporates the early warning mechanism and information flow mechanism into system operation to enhance the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.The systematic development provides a platform for the teaching management,which has a practical significance for promoting the communication between administrators,teachers and students and improving the teaching quality as well.
