摘  要:曲轴是冷轧管机的核心零件,它的合理设计对于冷轧管机的稳定工作至关重要。本文以国内最大型LG-530冷轧管机设计为例,首先建立了曲轴滑块系统的运动学和动力学模型,以此给出了曲轴一个周期内的受力变化,以简支梁模型对曲轴的受力进行简化,进而确定出曲轴各危险截面的合理尺寸。用Excel编程计算不仅保证了曲轴受力计算的正确性,同时也大大提高了设计效率。As the crucial part of cold pilger rolling mill, rational design for crankshaft is of the utmost impor- tance for the pilgering process. In this paper, taking the designing of LG-530 cold pilger mill as an example, the kinematics and dynamics of slider-crank system was firstly built, and then the load that the crankshaft suf- fered in one cycle was given out, lastly the loading model of the crankshaft was simplified as simply supported beam model, as a result, the rational size of the dangerous cross of the crankshaft can be determined. The pro- grammed design process not only guaranteed the correctness of the load for the crankshaft, but also greatly im- proved the efficiency.
