摘  要:以某型提升机主轴装置为研究对象,运用大型有限元分析软件I-DEAS建立矿井提升机主轴与卷筒的计算模型,分别进行了有限元分析计算,全面分析其整体力学性能,并通过提升机载荷测试说明计算模型的合理性与分析结果的可靠性,为提升机主轴装置的结构改进与使用提供了必要的理论依据。The principal axis is an important part of mine hoist. Its structure and stress state is complex and plays a very important role in the safe operation of the entire hoist system. Taking the principal axis of a mine hoist as the research object, the large-scale finite element analysis software I-DEAS was employed to build two calculation models of the principal axis and the drum, the two models were calculated with finite element meth- od, and the overall mechanical property was analyzed. The rationality of the calculation models and reliability of the analysis results are explained by means of the load testing of mine hoist. The result provides a necessary theoretical foundation for improving the structure of the principal axis of mine hoist.
