摘 要:[目的]研究重金属Hg2+和Cd2+对活性污泥系统处理能力的复合影响。[方法]以污水处理厂污泥回流池中的絮状活性污泥为材料,使用人工配制废水,加入不同浓度的Hg2++Cd2+曝气培养20 h后,每隔5 h对出水理化指标和生物指标进行测定。[结果]重金属Hg2+和Cd2+的复合影响表现在MLSS和COD去除率的下降。随着试验组重金属浓度增加和试验时间的延长,Hg2++Cd2+各试验组出水的COD和MLSS等均有显著影响。[结论]Hg2+和Cd2+这两种重金属降低活性污泥的活性及其污水处理能力。[Objective] The research aimed to study composite effect of the heavy metal irons Hg2+ and Cd2+ on treatment capacity of the activated sludge system.[Method] Flocculent activated sludge in return sludge pool of the sewage treatment plant as material,Hg2+ + Cd2+ at different concentration combinations were added into artificial wastewater.After conducted aeration culture for 20 h,physiochemical and biological indicators of the effluent were measured.[Result] Composite effect of the heavy metal irons Hg2+ and Cd2+ showed that both MLSS and removal rate of the COD declined.As increase of the heavy metal concentration and prolonging of the test time,COD and MLSS in effluent of each test group were both affected significantly.[Conclusion] Hg2+ + Cd2+ made that activity of the activated sludge and its treatment capacity on sewage both declined.
