摘　　要：该文对双作用多级套筒液压缸的活塞密封结构通过试验进行了研究,分析了原有密封结构存在的问题和相关的原因。在原有的密封结构的基础上进行了优化设计,提出了一种新的密封结构方案,将发动机的活塞环和带有橡胶弹性体支撑的改进的PTFE密封环有机结合,并给出了对照试验结果,为双作用多级套筒液压缸的活塞密封结构的设计提供了很好的借鉴。This thesis makes a research on the seal structure of double-action telescopic cylinder and analyses the problem of the original seal structure. We put forward a new scheme based on the original seal structure which combines the piston seal and changed PTFE supporting ring perfectly. We also obtained the test result which can guide the design for seal structure used on the telescopic cylinders.
