摘　　要：科学界定竞技体育腐败的概念和基本内涵是研究竞技体育腐败问题的前提和基础。目前,学术界尚未形成一个统一的关于竞技体育腐败的概念,由此也带来了一些问题,尤其是竞技体育腐败概念的泛化和滥用问题,需引起高度重视。选择以公共权力的角度来定义竞技体育腐败抓住了竞技体育腐败行为的核心,有利于全面认识竞技体育腐败的现象和本质。竞技体育腐败是竞技体育活动中的公共权力行使者利用体育公共权力谋取私利并严重损害体育公共利益的行为。竞技体育腐败的本质是体育公共权力的严重异化。竞技体育腐败与竞技体育不正之风、竞技体育犯罪等概念既有联系又有区别。The scientific definition of the concept of competitive sports corruption and basic connotation is the foundation to study the issue of competitive sports corruption. At present, the academic community has not yet formed a unified concept of competitive sports corruption, especially the generalization and abuse of the concept of competitive sports corruption, which requires close attention. Selecting the point of view of public power to define competitive sports corruption seizes the core of competitive sports corruption behavior. It is conducive to compre- hensively understanding of the competitive sports corruption. The competitive sports corruption is to use public power in sports field for private gain and in the meanwhile do serious acts prejudicial to the public interests. The essence of competitive sports corruption is the serious alienation of the public power in sports. There are both con- nections and differences among unhealthy tendencies in competitive sports and competitive sports crime.
