摘　　要：河南省网络信息资源内容丰富、类型多样，但其开发利用上存在一些问题，应采取一定的措施予以解决。Network inforrnation resources of Henan Province are very varied and plentiful which come from cities and countries of Henan Province. On the other hand the development and utilization of network information resources have some defects which must be maken up to, just so can speed the development of Henan's economy and culture.
