试论大学自主招生联考的“变”与“不变”

摘　　要：三年来大学自主招生联考的方案不断调整,主要涉及报名条件、考试科目、考试时间等细节性和操作性问题。大学自主招生联考在"变"中也有"不变"之处,主要是选才效率优先的初衷。大学自主招生联考的改革首先要抓住不断提高科学性这个核心,并在此基础上尽力改善公平尤其是城乡公平问题,此外,保持自主招生联考的稳定性也是当前改革需要注意的问题。The scheme of joint examination in college independent recruitment has been in constant adjustment over the past three years, and these adjustments include some details and operating problems such as the application conditions, testing subjects and time. Besides these changes, there are something unchanged in the joint examination, that is, to give priority to efficiency during the selection. The joint examination should continuously improve its scientificalness, and then try to improve the equity, especial- ly the equity between urban and rural areas. In addition, we should also keep the necessary stability of joint examination at present.
