摘　　要：理想信念是人们最基本的思想观念,是一个人世界观、人生观、价值观的集中体现。当代大学生是否具有坚定正确的理想信念,直接关系到高校培养人才的质量,关系到社会主义事业的兴衰。以崇高的理想信念构筑当代大学生的精神支柱,使其担当起承前启后、继往开来的历史使命,对于应对各种挑战,全面推进有中国特色的社会主义伟大事业也具有深远的意义。Ideals and beliefs are the fundamental ideas of people, which are the concentrated expressions of views of the world, life and value. Whether modem college students have the firm and correct ideals and beliefs is directly related to the quality of the university personnel training, related to the rise and fall of the cause of socialism. Build a spiritual pillar of the contemporary college students with exalted ideals and beliefs can make the students shoulder the historical mission of the past and the future, and also has far-reaching implications for the response to a variety of challenges and comprehensive promotion of the gi：eat cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
