淮安建设苏北中心城市的经济空间格局研究

摘　　要：区域中心城市建设在区域经济发展中具有重要作用。运用城市中心模型、可达性模型、引力模型研究苏北中心城市经济空间格局及其变化。结果表明:苏北主要中心城市之间经济联系不断增强;淮安市建成苏北地区重要中心城市具有较为明显的区位优势,但是,区位优势仍低于徐州市;淮安市的区域可达性高于苏北另一个中心城市——徐州市。淮安市建成苏北重要中心城市优势与劣势并存,淮安市要真正成为苏北重要中心城市必须树立地理中心意识,尽快构建苏北交通中心平台、苏北文化中心平台、苏北物流中心平台。The construction of the regional central city plays an important role in the regional economy development. This paper studies the economic spatial pattern and its change of Huai 9 an city in north Jiangsu province with the help of city central model, accessibility model and gravity model. The results are as follows ： firstly, the linkages among the major cities in north Jiangsu province are strengthening. Secondly, in constructing regional central city, Huai ＇ an city owns a location advantage which is somewhat inferior to that of Xuzhou city. Thirdly, the accessibility of Huai ＇ an city is higher than that of Xuzhou city. There are both advantages and disadvantages for Huai ＇ an city in constructing regional central city. To make Huai ＇ an a true regional central city in north Jiangsu province, the awareness of geographic central position must be established, and the transportation central platform, cultural central platform, logistics central platform of north Jiangsu should be constructed as soon as possible.
