摘　　要：为满足当前小区安全监控管理的需求,研发具有与空间信息关联的监控信息系统已成为当前监控与物业管理急需解决的问题。本研究集成了GIS与视频监控技术,构建小区安全监控系统的软硬件框架,并基于.NET平台以及ArcEngine(AE)组件开发小区安全监控管理信息系统。系统实现了GIS与传统监控的结合,对小区的安全监控及管理具有实际指导意义和应用价值。Faced with the needs of the current residential security monitoring and management, research and development the monitoring information system which associated with spatial information has become the urgent problem to be solved for the residential property supervision and management.This study integrates GIS and video surveillance technology, design the hardware and software framework of safety monitoring system, and based on .Net platform and ArcEngine （AE） component development community safety monitoring and management information system.The .system realizes the combination of GIS and conventional monitoring. The establishment of the system has practical significance and application value of safety monitoring and management of the communitv.
