摘 要:通过混合正交试验方法,研究了聚合物胶粉、甲基纤维素醚、聚丙烯纤维和木质纤维对聚合物砂浆抗压抗折强度以及压折比的作用效果,并对纤维和聚合物改善砂浆的作用机理进行了分析。研究结果表明:随着胶粉、纤维素醚、木质纤维和聚丙烯纤维的掺加,砂浆的压折比分别降低了52.67%、52.67%、40.06%和36.90%。四者共同作用时,抗折强度提高了43.72%,压折比降低了52.67%,且抗折强度最高时压折比最低,有效地增强了砂浆的柔韧性。Through the orthogonal experiments,the effects of polymer powder,methyl cellulose,polypropylene fiber and wood fiber on the compressive and flexural strength of mortar and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength were studied.The action mechanism of how the fiber and the polymers improved the mortar was analyzed.The result shows that after the powder,the methyl cellulose,the wood fibers and the polypropylene fibers are mixed with the mortar,the ratios of compressive strength to flexural strength of the mortar are decreased by 52.67% ,52.67% ,40.06% and 36.90% respectively.Combined with these four materials,the flexural strength is increased by 43.72% ,and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength is decreased by 52.67% .When the flexural strength reaches the highest level,the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength reaches the lowest.This method effectively improves the flexibility of the mortar.
