摘　　要：目的观察PFNA-Ⅱ股骨近端抗旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法本院2010年1月~2012年8月52例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用PFNA-Ⅱ股骨近端抗旋髓内钉治疗,所有患者均获得6~12个月随访,观察术后恢复情况。结果 PFNA-Ⅱ股骨近端抗旋髓内钉可以有效治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,且术后并发症少。结论 PFNA可以有效保护骨折处的生物环境,体现生物的、合理的接骨术观点,值得在老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗中推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of PFNA-Ⅱ for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 52 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with PFNA-Ⅱ proximal femur nail antirotation from Jan 2010 to Aug 2012. All cases were followed up for 6~12 months, observed the postoperative recovery. Results PFNA-Ⅱ antispin proximal femoral intramedullary nail could effectively treat intertrochanteric fractures, and fewer complications. Conclusion PFNA - Ⅱ can effectively protect the biological environment of the fracture, reflecting a biological and reasonable osteosynthesis view,is worthy of popularization and application in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
