赛肤润在预防无创机械通气面罩压疮中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨赛肤润在无创机械通气中预防压疮的临床效果和安全性。方法:将130例机械通气患者分成观察组和对照组各65例,对照组患者在无创机械通气时直接使用面罩,观察组在对照组基础上则使用赛肤润预防压疮。14 d后比较两组患者的压疮发生情况。结果:观察组有效率(以未发生压疮例数计算)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:赛肤润预防压疮效果好,而且操作简便,易于掌握,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and safety of sanyrene prevention of pressure ulcers in noninvasive mechanical ventilation.Methods：130 patients with mechanical ventilation were divided into observation group and control group with 65 cases in each group,patients in the control group used directly face mask in noninvasive mechanical ventilation,observation group in the control group based on the use of sanyrene prevention of pressure ulcers.Compared two groups of patients with pressure ulcers occurred after 14 days.Results：The observation group efficiency（not pressure ulcer cases to count） higher than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The sanyrene prevention effect is good,and the operation is simple,easy to master,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
