摘　　要：目的:评价细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞应用于中晚期肾癌患者中的护理。方法:收集2009年10月～2011年10月我科收治的51例中晚期肾癌患者,对其治疗期间的健康宣教、抽血护理、心理护理、回输前后护理、不良反应观察及预防等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:本组51例患者中完全缓解0例,部分缓解11例,稳定27例,进展13例。其中1例发生高热(39℃以上),经口服吲哚美辛片25 mg后体温恢复正常;13例发生低热(37.6～38.5℃),未经特殊处理,自行好转。结论:接受细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗中晚期肾癌患者经合理而恰当的护理对患者的治疗有一定影响,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the nursing of cytokine-induced killer cells application in patients with advanced renal cancer.Methods：Collected the clinical data of 51 patients of advanced renal cancer,and Retrospective analyzed the health education during the treatment,the blood nursing,psychological nursing,infusion before and after nursing,observation of adverse reaction and prevention.Results：51 patients in complete remission in 0 case,partially alleviated in 11 cases,stability of 27 cases,13 cases of progress.One patient with high fever（＆gt;39 ℃）,after oral administration of indomethacin 25 mg,body temperature returned to normal,13 cases of low heat（37.6-38.5 ℃）,without special treatment,improved on their own.Conclusion：Acceptance of cytokine-induced killer cells in the treatment of advanced renal cancer patients by reasonable and appropriate nursing on the treatment of patients with certain effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
