摘　　要：目的:探讨开展优质护理服务示范工程长效运行机制。方法:重点转变服务理念,改革管理体制、临床护理模式、绩效考核办法、激励机制、专科护理带动基础护理等方面。结果:长效机制运行后,基础护理合格率、病房管理合格率、病人满意度等较运行前明显提高。结论:改变服务理念,改革管理体制、临床护理模式、绩效考核办法、激励机制、专科护理带动基础护理等是开展优质护理服务示范工程的长效机制。Objective：To explore the development of long-term operational mechanism of high-quality nursing service demonstration project.Methods： With a focus on changed service concepts,reformed the management system,clinical nursing models,performance assessment method,incentive mechanism,specialist nursing could spurred basic nursing,and so on.Results： After the operation of long-term mechanism,the qualified rate of basic nursing,ward management qualification rate,satisfaction of patients was improved significantly than before.Conclusion：Change the service idea,reform the management system,clinical nursing mode,performance evaluation,incentive mechanism to drive the basic nursing,nursing is the development of long-term mechanism of high-quality nursing service demonstration project.
