摘　　要：本文通过爆炸模拟动荷载的试验研究,论证了防空半地下室作为防现代核战争的人员掩蔽部的可行性,提出了防空半地下室的结构设计计算方法,并允许平时使用时其露出地面部分开设通风采光窗,试验表明:当地面空气冲击波超压约为0.05MPa时,这是安全可行的。The possibility of using semibasement for civil defence as personnel shelter against nuclear war is discussed. Based on simulative test of dynamic load from exploison, methods for construction design and calculation are suggested. During normal times the windows for ventilation and lighting in the aboveground section are arranged. Test results show that when the overpressure of the air blastwave is about 0.05 Mpa the safety in such semibasement is guaranteed.
