治疗性沟通对初次人工流产患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗性沟通对初次人工流产患者的影响。方法:选取妊娠5～8周接受初次人工流产患者202例,将其随机分成干预组和对照组各101例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予治疗性沟通。结果:干预组患者焦虑程度、血压波动幅度、疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗性沟通能有效缓解初次人工流产患者的焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,是一种行之有效的干预方法。Objective：To explore the effect of the therapeutic communication to patients of first time＇s abortion. Methods：Chese 202 cases of patients who have the gestation period of 5 to 8 weeks and take the first time＇s abortion,then separate randomly into intervention group and control group with 101 cases in each group. The patients of control group were given conventional nursing and the patients of intervention group were given therapeutic communication on the basis of routine nursing. Results：The anxiety level, blood pressure,pulse fluctuations and pain visual analog scale（VAS） of the intervention group were obvioualy lower than the control 8reup （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Therapeutic communication is an effective intervention method that can be very helpful to relieve the anxiety level of patients taking the first time＇s abortion.
