摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔矫治器(OA)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的护理方法。方法:92例确诊为中度OSAS患者,71例患者坚持佩戴OA 6个月以上,21例佩戴OA时间少于2个月。结果:71例患者呼吸紊乱指数、血氧饱和度有明显改善,21例治疗后有主观改善。结论:对采用OA治疗的患者,做好治疗前后的护理,对疗效有着非常重要的意义。Objective ：To study the nursing method of the treatment of adjustable oral appliances for patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS）. Methods ：92 of patients with OSAS were treated adjustable oral appliances,71 of patients had weared adjustable oral appliance for more than 6 months. The other 21 of patients had wcared it less than 2 months. Results：71 patients with respiratory disturhsuce index,blood oxygen saturation were improvad,21 cases after treatment with subjective improvement. Conclusion：The nursing in the treatment of adjustable oral appliances for patients with OSAS has a remarkable effect.
