摘　　要：目的:调查了解临床医务人员洗手状况,探讨有效的管理对策。方法:院感科依据国家卫生部《医疗机构医务人员手卫生规范》将临床200名医务人员的洗手行为及153名医务人员卫生洗手的考核分为两部分进行随机抽样调查。对调查、监测结果进行分析,找出薄弱环节,制定相应对策。结果:临床医务人员洗手意识淡薄致洗手频率较低,缺乏正确洗手知识致洗手合格率较低。结论:要做到洗手行为规范化,必须加强普及性防护知识及院内感染知识的学习,增强防护意识,加强洗手技术及消毒隔离技术的培训,加强质量监控,进行行为规范化管理。Objective ：To investigate the status of clinical medical personnel hand, explore effective management measures. Methods： Hospital department according to national health ＂medical staff hand hygiene norms＂ will wash the clinical behavior of 200 medical staff and 153 medical staff hand -washing assessment were divided into two parts for random sampling survey. Analyzed the monitoring results, the investigation, find out the weak links, make corresponding countermeasure. Results：Hand- washing consciousness of clinical medical personnel caused by low frequency weak hands;wash caused by low pass rate to wash your hands properly and lack of knowledge. Conclusion ：To standardization of handwashing behavior,must strengthen the popularization of knowledge,protection of hospital infection knowledge learning, enhance protection awareness ,strengthen the hands and disinfection and isolation technology training, strengthen quality control,the behavior of standardized management.
