健康体检后体检者遵医行为的调查分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:了解健康体检后体检者的遵医情况,探讨提高体检者遵医行为的对策。方法:自行设计调查问卷,通过电话随访的方式了解体检者的遵医情况,并对影响体检者遵医行为的因素进行调查分析。结果:6.16%的体检者能完全遵医,37.67%的体检者部分遵医,56.17%的体检者完全不遵医;其中高学历水平体检者的遵医行为优于低学历者,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响体检者遵医行为的主要因素有:异常结果多,只处理自己认为重要的项目占34.25%,自我感觉无不适、暂不处理占36.99%,认为异常结果不严重可不处理占21.92%。结论:体检者不遵医主要与他们的主观意识、认知和学历水平有关,在提高体检者防病意识的同时,只有不断完善体检的后续服务工作,才能提高体检者的遵医率,达到对疾病早发现、早预防、早治疗的真正目的。Objective：To investigate the compliance of health examination, to explore the countermeasures to improve the medical compliance behavior.Methods：With the self-designed questionnaire,understand the compliance status examination through telephone follow-up ,investigated and analyzed the influence factors of the medical compliance behavior. Resuhs：6.16% of the examination can be fully compliance,37.67% of the examination were part of compliance,56.17% of the examination were not compliance. The high educational level examination compliance was better than the low education loyal, the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. The main factors affecting the medical compliance behavior： abnormal results,only they consider important projects accounted for 34.25% ,feel no discomfort,not processing accounted for 36, 99%, that abnormal results was not serious can not processing accounted for 21.92%. Conclusion ：The examination is not compliance is mainly related to their subjective consciousness, cognitive and educationsl level,inimproving the physical prevention consciousness at the same time,only perfect follow - up services and physical examination, in order to improve the medical compliance rate,reach the real purpose of disease early detection and early prevention,early treatment.
