摘　　要：整合素与多种疾病密切相关,是非常有前景的药物靶点。本文通过阐述FDA批准上市的整合素阻断剂类药物和正处于临床研究阶段的整合素阻断剂药物,这些药物在抗肿瘤、抗血栓、抗类风湿性关节炎、抗HIV感染等领域的应用,以及我国的整合素阻断剂类药物的研究现状,综述了整合素阻断剂类药物的研究和开发进展。Integrins are closely related to a variety of diseases, and have been confirmed to be promising drug targets. This paper summarizes integrin antagonists that have been approved by FDA and are still in clinical studies, shows their applications in the fields of anti-thrombus, anti-tumor, anti-rheumatoid arthritis, and anti-HIV infection, and al- so summarizes current research status of integrin antagonists in our country. In this way the research and development of integrin antagonists in new drug discovery are reviewed.
