经腹与经会阴超声联合应用诊断前置胎盘的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹与经会阴超声联合应用诊断前置胎盘的临床价值。方法对113例在本院住院并经剖宫产术证实为前置胎盘的孕妇超声和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果113例前置胎盘患者均经产时确诊,经腹超声诊断93例,漏诊12例,误诊8例,诊断符合率为82.30%(93/113),联合经会阴超声检查后,其中17例得以纠正,漏诊3例,诊断符合率提高到97.35%(110/113)。结论经腹与经会阴超声联合应用能明显提高前置胎盘的诊断符合率,且方法安全简便,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transabdominal and transperineal sonography in the diagnosis of placenta previa. Methods One hundred and thirteen cases were confirmed by cesarean section for placenta previa, and the ultrasonographic and clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results One hundred and thirteen cases were confirmed by cesarean section for placenta previa.93 of 113 cases were confirmed by transabdominal ultrasonography, 12 cases of misdiagnosis, 8 cases of misdiagnosis, and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 82.30% （93/113）. When combined with transperineal ultrasonography, 17 cases were corrected, 3 cases of misdiagnosis, and the coincidence rate was up to 97.35% （110/113）. Conclusion Combined application of transabdominal and transperineal sonography can significantly improve the diagnostic accordance of placenta previa. The method is safe, simple and valuable in clinical application.
